Phagoli’s kitchen is a mix of traditional Pahadi dishes and other home-style meals — simple, fresh, and nourishing. Many vegetables come directly from our farm, depending on the season. To reduce our footprint, we minimise packaged food and skip carbonated drinks entirely.
